I got this error "Fatal error: Class 'Biztech_Auspost_Helper_Data' not found in /home/public_html/app/Mage.php on line 516". What should I do?
This is possible when "Data.php" file of our extension is not uploaded properly. Please try uploading the file again from below path: /app/code/local/Biztech/Auspost/Helper/Data.php You can also ask your server admin to whitelist this file to prevent any further issues.
I got the following message on shipping method section "This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us."
This is not an error message. It is a functionality of our extension that enables admin to set predefined message when due to some reason Australia Post cannot fetch live rates. You can change this method from our extension's admin settings.
What if I do not want to set product dimensions for all products (Height, Width and Length)?
We have given provision in our extension for you to set default height, width and length from admin and it will be same for all products. Also, if any of your product has dimension, it will prioritize that product's dimension and thereafter to default configurations.
How to change the shipping method title?
You can change the shipping method title from System → Configuration → Sales → Shipping Methods → Biztech Australia Post → Title.
Is it possible to alter the shipping services label shown at the front end?
As Magento Australia Post Shipping Extension uses the PAC API to fetch the live rates from Australia Post, the label will also be the same as fetched from there. To modify it, the extension will require customization. You can send an email to sales@appjetty.com to proceed.
What if the customer enters wrong shipping address?
Our “Shipment Tracking and Label Printing” feature also has the Address API configured, which will help you to edit the shipping address before submitting it to eParcel. It will also provide suggestions for relevant city.
It generates shipment to eParcel for same order only once? Why is it so?
Yes. This is because because you will be charged for each shipment submitted to eParcel. Moreover, it is not possible to edit the record, once submitted to eParcel.
The Shipment Tracking and Label Printing features are not working. What should I do?
You need to ensure that Account details and Address details are same as in your Australia Post account. It should be validated, or else this feature won’t work. Note: The test credentials will not work for this feature. Live details from Australia Post are mandatory.
The eParcel Shipment tab is not available under the order detail. Do you know why?
This option will be available only when the invoice and shipment has been generated for that particular order.
Magento Australia Post Shipping Extension does not show rates. What would be wrong?
a. Ensure your API key is correct. You can verify the key @ https://developers.auspost.com.au/apis/pac/explorer/postcode-search
b. The "Warehouse Postcode" field is mandatory. Please enter a valid postcode. The validity can be ensured@ http://auspost.com.au/postcode
c. Enable the required Shipping services for parcel and letter.
d. Create attributes for length, width, height and assign them to attribute set. Also, select these attributes in the configuration.
e. Check your products have sizes and weights set – without this, the calculation cannot be performed.
f. For bundle items, even if they are set as ‘ship together’ Australia Post rates will not be displayed for them.

Is there a way where customers get suggestions for address while checkout?
Yes, if you purchase the “Shipment Tracking and Label Printing” additional package, it includes address validation/suggestion for customers.
Why can't I view shipment generation tab for my orders?
Our module only supports shipment generation and shipment tracking for the delivery in Australia Only.
Which label layout support is given for printing shipment labels?
Our extension supports A4 label layout (A4-4pp and A4-1pp) for parcel post shipping method and A4-3pp, A4-1pp for express shipping methods.

It can be a painful decision process purchasing and testing extensions, the Australia Post Shipping extension however could not have been easier, it installed with ease without any conflicts on version 1.9.1, I had a small issue with postcode origin, however an email to support fixed the issue in no time at all.
